OLFLEX® FD ROBUST is a highly flexible, halogen-free, multi-conductor control cable for continuous flex applications. It is designed for higher operating temperatures with excellent resistance to water, biological oils, softeners, cooling and cleaning agents.
Recommended Applications:
Industrial processes operating in high temperatures, especially machine tool manufacturing and conveying equipment such as kilns. Also suitable where chemical resistance permits use in food processing industry, Medical equipment, Car wash systems or Milling machines operating with natural oils.
Application Advantage:
• The outstanding resistance properties of
the insulation and jacket to chemicals and
heat make a considerably longer life cable
than traditional thermoplastic PVC and PUR cables, preventing expensive unplanned down time.
• Suitable for outdoor use down to -40º C; is weather proof and UV resistant
