Located at www.lappusa.com, the new cable selector allows the user to find the cable which best suits their requirements by choosing from a variety of criteria. Application type is a choice between stationary, continuous flex and torsional movement. Cable size includes gauge size and conductor or pair count. Cable materials include insulation, jacket material and hook-up wire color. Approval choices include: UL, UL TC-ER, CSA, CSA-TC, HAR, CE,NOM, VDE, and RoHS. Other categories include temperature, shielded or unshielded and voltage requirements. Searchable criteria also include the Lapp Cable Attribute Categories, which are oil resistance, flame resistance and motion type.

Once you enter your requirements, a compatible list of cables is generated. The results are listed by part number, description, insulation, jacket, temperature range, and voltage.
