| Lapp Unveils New OLFLEX® Tray 3D Cable Product Line | |||||||||
Lapp announces the release of its newest product, Trayflex® 3D, an oil resistant, multi-conductor cable with open wiring approval, ideal for any application that requires a continuous flexing, bending or twisting cable. Due to its finely stranded bare copper conductors, a specially formulated PVC/nylon insulation, and a new oil resistant elastomeric alloy jacket, this cable will withstand exposure to harsh industrial environments, and performs in accordance with Olflex’s strict standards of quality. Trayflex® 3D also holds such worldwide approvals as UL Type TC, MTW, AWM, CSA AWM FT4 and CE compliance. Trayflex® 3D’s static temperature ranges from -35°C to +90°C, and its flexing temperature ranges from -5°C to +90°C. Maximum torsion of +/- 180°, and a minimum bend radius of 10 x cable diameter also helps make this cable ideal for many industrial applications, including robotics, automated handling equipment, pick and place units, cable track, and any system involving a continuous flexing, bending or twisting cable. As part of the worldwide Lapp Group, Lapp Group NA offers a complete one-stop automation solution for cable and connector needs. Lapp has the broadest range of products, including OLFLEX®, UNITRONIC®, and SILFLEX® flexible and continuous-flex cables, SILVYN® cable track and accessories, EPIC® rectangular, circular, and Pin & Sleeve Connectors, SKINTOP® strain relief cable glands, FLEXIMARK® Cable Marking Systems, remote access ports, and custom harness assemblies.
