Lapp Launches EPIC® HEE Connectors

Lapp announced the launch of a new range of UL/CSA/VDE approved high density EPIC® Rectangular Connectors which fit into the standard EPIC®Housings. The high-density contact configuration with 16 amp/600 volt rating fits a greater number of connections in a smaller housing space. The insert design provides high contact density without sacrificing electrical performance.

The new EPIC® HEE Series connector inserts are a high-density companion to the popular EPIC® HBE Series. Offering the same voltage and current ratings, they provide a significant increase in contact density (67% - 100% increase) within the same footprint dimensions as an equivalent size HBE connector. The HEE insert family consists of six contact capacity configurations: 10, 18, 32, 46, 64 (2x32), and 92 (2x46). The EPIC® HEE crimp terminated inserts are available with silver or gold contacts. They are ideal for applications in the robotics, transportation, and automotive industries, and any other industrial application requiring high density contacts.
